Sark: "I love this opportunity for us."

Again, Sark says the team's work this week was great. Energy and speed in which the team operated with was to Sark's liking and there is a growing confidence from the team itself.

Sark said there was a sense of confidence the Longhorns had in practice today.

Texas has the ingredients to be great, Sark said, "but now, we'll see how it unfolds."

Great defense, depth and leadership are things Sark believes this Texas squad has in common with the other elite teams he's been a part of as a coach.

Sarkisian says he has depth on this Texas team that mirrors some of the better teams he was a part of. Also mentions the personality and leadership of this team helps drive the competitiveness and drive of the unit.

"I think the biggest thing is him staying true to his routine," Sark said of what he needs to see from Arch Manning before the game to know that he's ready to go.

Sark says the biggest thing for Arch pregame is to stay true to his routine. Body language and demeanor will be key in preparations.

Plenty of praise for Lee Corse and the College Gameday team from Sark.

Texas will lean into the history and leadership of the guys in the locker room who've been in games like this before.

They must be panicking about Neto getting Arch killed in pass pro. I can’t think of any other reason for changing things up this close to game time, even if Stroh is showing out well as has been reported. Definitely concerning to hear. I’ve gotta believe Ohio State is going all out to try and collapse the pocket like Georgia did so effectively last year.

Interesting. I think he has put on the Brutus head gear 45 times in his career. Even if Corso though Texas was going to win, there's less than 1% chance he puts on anything other than Brutus.

Holding out hope for Trey. In that same breath, the returns on KJ and his ability to create with his legs have been spectacular dating back to the spring.

Trey Owens down at 4th on the depth chart? That's unfortunate but suppose at the same time, its encouraging to hear for Lacey.
