  1. Past hour
  2. "I think the biggest thing is him staying true to his routine," Sark said of what he needs to see from Arch Manning before the game to know that he's ready to go.
  3. Sark says the biggest thing for Arch pregame is to stay true to his routine. Body language and demeanor will be key in preparations.
  4. Plenty of praise for Lee Corse and the College Gameday team from Sark.
  5. Texas will lean into the history and leadership of the guys in the locker room who've been in games like this before.
  6. "It's been a tough week," Sark said. "We made it difficult on them, especially the front end of the week."
  7. "From our perspective, a really good week of work for our players."
  8. Just saw this RSVP thread, it will be me and possibly my dad. Thanks!
  9. They must be panicking about Neto getting Arch killed in pass pro. I can’t think of any other reason for changing things up this close to game time, even if Stroh is showing out well as has been reported. Definitely concerning to hear. I’ve gotta believe Ohio State is going all out to try and collapse the pocket like Georgia did so effectively last year.
  10. Should get going in the next five minutes...... starting now!
  11. make sure you hold sark accountable ceej
  12. Interesting. I think he has put on the Brutus head gear 45 times in his career. Even if Corso though Texas was going to win, there's less than 1% chance he puts on anything other than Brutus.
  13. Sarkisian should get going in the next five minutes or so.
  14. Holding out hope for Trey. In that same breath, the returns on KJ and his ability to create with his legs have been spectacular dating back to the spring.
  15. Trey Owens down at 4th on the depth chart? That's unfortunate but suppose at the same time, its encouraging to hear for Lacey.
  16. We're officially under 48 hours to go until kickoff.
  17. USC beat A&M & LSU last season, I'm not worried about them. Wisconsin & Iowa need to step up on the national stage, but again we're talking about the middle, not the top. The middle of the B1G last season beat South Carolina, Alabama, LSU, & Texas A&M. And the top of the B1G ran Tennessee out of the country and beat Texas in Dallas. I do really like Nebraska this season though.
  18. For one final time this weekend, Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian will meet with the media to discuss the opening game of the season on Saturday against Ohio State. The Longhorns and Buckeyes kickoff at 11:00 a.m.
  19. I would have liked to have seen the offensive line not jumbled around three days before kickoff for the season, and I don't just mean due to injury. The Stroh/Neto news is great because of competition, but not necessarily instilling a lot of confidence in one or the other and therefore the group. Plus, it's just new. That's what happens when you have minimal turnover no one from 2022-2024. New takes time.
  20. Yeah, I hear you. I think Ohio State (and Texas) should win a national championship every 6-7 years. Ohio State has definitely been once a decade though since 2000. 99.9% of programs would kill for that, but Ohio State & Texas should definitely be more than once a decade in my opinion.
  21. @CJ Vogel hypothetically is there anything you would’ve liked to have seen differently with the OL to prepare for losing 4 guys? Guessing it is what it is. Hard to replace 4 NFL guys, but curious to get your thoughts.
  22. We are all disappointed in you, Blake.
