  1. Past hour
  2. Yep these schools are throwing haymakers in June. Texas throws their haymakers in November and December. It's like watching a boxing match.
  3. And Tech will make a final run at Ojo with a mega offer. This is what made the Roseborough situation so perplexing to me. Texas shouldn’t let that guy walk with the larger aggy offer UNLESS they are very confident in landing Ojo, Krempin, and Turntine in the class. A bird in hand. Instead, we will sweat bullets as OL who prefer Texas may choose aggy or Tech because they’re getting bigger NIL offers there. At this point, I’m assuming aggy will buy two of Roseborough, Turntine, and Krempin, leaving Texas with one at most. And that leaves us at the whims of Ojo and Cody Campbell.
  4. Does losing out on Lott mean we push for other WRs more? Like Keys, Burroughs or Mack?
  5. He is now tainted goods on the mental eval side. Anyone willing to live in B/CS has issues... *half joking*
  6. Hard to believe we will simply strike out at RB this cycle. Someone will flip during the season.
  7. All the really good ones are off the board.
  8. Aggy booster $$$ printer going brrrrrrr
  9. I bet the Johnny Manziel money sign gif is on loop on Aggy message boards rn
  10. Same was said about Baker and Jackson etc etc.
  11. Not gonna trash the kid. $ game and Aggy is spending. But this is a big disappointment no way to sugar coat it. Unless these new contracts post House make it harder to decommit, aka buyouts etc. We will play long ball that seems to work. Sure we have more surprises coming bad and good🤘
  12. Those two at DT would be a very solid combo with Berymon and Wells for sure
  13. It’s just an overall down year in the state imo.
  14. They are spending money everywhere. 5 star corner. Turntine. Perry-wright. They will be a pain in the arse this year
  15. @Gerry Hamilton is NIL the biggest factor regarding Lott?
  16. If we lose Lott, it better not be to Oregon.
  17. Love them spending money on running backs.. 4 star running backs are everywhere.
  18. @Gerry Hamiltondoing well can also mean not hitting a high enough NIL offer, correct? I would imagine Texas wants to find kids that will give them the discount for the success they're offering in the Draft and with culture. I can understand where that loses some early but wins later in the year.
  19. I just have a hard time blaming Scott for this one. I think he did a great job considering the circumstances. Being the follow up act to Choice was never going to be an easy walk. And money talks. I didn't realize that this was an NIL recruitment. Should have known better though. You flash enough money in front of most kids, they will break.
  20. Sark and co need to adapt just like they have every year. We have giant nil offers to contend with now. Not sure why it is necessary to say that its relationships with Chad Scott or whatever. Kj Edwards doesn’t cancel his ov without incentive. Jalen Lott would be coached in an elite offense with an elite qb at Texas. there is no reason Texas should lose to USC with this legacy recruitment. USC is just throwing money at the elite kids and it’s producing commitments. Texas is doing great with some rooms but not well at others. They’ll end up with a great class I’m sure.
  21. I certainly would say gadget back and OP may have gone a bit far, but to be fair, the talk for months has been that an ideal RB class would be Edwards as a speed/receiving back paired with a power back like Crowell, Lattimer, Cooper etc.
