  1. Past hour
  2. No Kelvin Banks? Day 1 starter and never looked back. First round draft pick.
  3. Did we have 6'9'' recruit at game?
  4. Burned? Seriously? He had a terrible injury. C'mon man be better.
  5. I'll be watching! 🤘🤘
  6. The list a joke with very little in depth research!
  7. Raymond Clayborn is the best corner at Texas
  8. Bruce Schultz & Robin Sendlein are in top 5 best LBers at Texas
  9. Very much so. Plenty of room on that frame to fill out.
  10. Johnnie Johnson is the best safety at Texas.
  11. Mike Baab followed by Mike Reuther are the best centers at Texas.
  12. Need a category for Team Leader that includes James Street, Major Applewhite, Marty Akins, etc. Anyone that doesn't have Earl Campbell listed at #1 never saw him play in person. You have to remember that DKR played him as a fullback for three seasons and he was injured his junior year. He was not played at tailback until his senior year under Fred Akers.
  13. I understand that. Not saying Baxter failed or that there weren’t mitigating circumstances, but that doesn’t change the fact that I think we might be underrating Cooper and his potential impact this year. And for whatever reason, we haven’t seen Texas develop a true, game-changing, every-down back since Brooks.
  14. Today
  15. Agreed. We had guys like Mike Pollock and Kris Stockton who I had more faith in than Auburn
  16. Hard to say we got burned by baxter when it was a horrible injury that derailed him. He didn't just underperform for no reason.
  17. Gonna be wild to see him in a couple years versus this pick now. Looks so small for a lineman
  18. I don’t know if it’s possible for a 5-star to be underrated, but I think we might be undervaluing just how much of a freak Cooper is. I’ve thought all along that he might just take over that position by the end of the season, or at least take an increasing snap share every game. I think we’ve been burned a bit by Baxter not living up to his billing, which has made us collectively a bit gunshy on the RB room. But I think Cooper breaks that pattern.
  19. we need some more girth on those legs
  20. This dude looks like he is ready to go to war for us 🤘
  21. Texas starts its season today at the UTSA Invitational against Nebraska. Game will be on ESPN+ at 6pm CT.
  22. Google Gemini #QB: Major Applewhite (1998–01): 1999 Big 12 Player of the Year; set then-school passing records. RB: #1 Ricky Williams (1995–98): 1998 Heisman winner; finished as NCAA’s all-time leading rusher. #2 Earl Campbell WR: Xavier Worthy (2021–23): Freshman All-American; finished top-4 in almost all UT career receiving categories.
