Really impressive for the new coach to take a handful of guys from his successful North Texas team to okie state that had a terrible year last year and in game 2 top one of the top programs in college football with much deeper pockets, and a supposedly top qb pick in next years draft. hats off to them for sure but gah dang that makes Lanning and Oregon players look really bad for letting that game of all games upset them. gotta love college football

OSU is a hell of a team and has made plays all night. We went thru a hellacious first half and the fact is OSU is a hell of a team. It’s time for our guys to start making some plays to show what we are made off. This ain’t over yet….

The “coach” was doing his thing up in Waco…. impressive run and his offense was putting up points all the time like Leach up in Lubbock. But the “guy” running the program the wrong way showed all we needed to know to be glad he didn’t end up here. Can’t forget how much chaos ensued up there under his watch.

I mean we can’t say never…. Aikman/Emmitt/Irvin had some glory years in there back in the day. lol it’s just been all down hill since then.

There ya have it. Thanks Bobby. I thought I remembered it being something like that but wasn’t sure. heck of a kid and always represented us well. Sad he didn’t end his career as a Longhorn but that’s the NIL driven game now a days for some.

Pretty sure he left cause the NiL package wasn’t what he wanted or we wouldn’t raise to what he was asking. I liked his production out of the backfield and thought he would have been good in rotation with whoever we brought in but I think he was asking for RB1 money that we didn’t want to commit to. there could be more but I didn’t listen to the noise or haters saying he could leave but I wish him well and hope he does well at FSU and makes it to the league to make himself some money.

The thing is, our guys that were year last year will know exactly how to get under his skin cause working against him already in practices. He might do well for them. I liked the guy until he dipped to OU. Our defense will make sure he doesn’t have good games against us for sure.

In the portal era, going 0-2 on incoming high school recruits doesn’t sting as much as it used to. Guys flip and transfer every year, just part of the game now

I live a couple stop lights from the new cedar park one…. For a “sports” store that building is insane and rumor is they’ll have a freaking Ferris wheel inside the damn place. Lol it looks bigger than the HeB Center which it’s right next to. gonna be cool to see that place when it opens that’s for sure.
