What a stupid post. I don't like how it went down, but Sark wanted him and it didn't happen. We always have to tear a kid down we lose, just wish him well. Beat him on the field. And yeah if he ever came here portal wise one day and scored TD's , you would be cheering him on. Carry on if it makes you feel better .LMAO

Texas hosting three big time DL's this weekend The Texas Longhorns are hosting three top defensive line targets this weekend on unofficial visits. Damari Simeon (Richland, N.J./St. Augustine) 6-2.5, 275 The Garden State stud will visit Texas for the first time this weekend. The competition is Tennessee, Ohio State, Penn State, Auburn and Texas A&M. Corey Wells (Petal, Miss./High) The 6-foot-5, 290-pounder will very likely set up an OV to Texas after this weekend. Mississippi State has one OV set for June 20-22. James Johnson (Miami, Fla./Northwestern) 6-2.5, 285 This will be Johnson's first visit to Texas. The Longhorns have a lot of ground to make up with Miami, Florida, Georgia in the top three. Penn State and Syracuse are also players on some level. One big time 2027 OL will also be on campus ... Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic future 4-star OT Jimmy Kalis is also scheduled to make his first visit to Texas. The 6-foot-5.5, 285-pounder has the eye of Kyle Flood after a January school stop. Kalis is up to 37 offers. That list includes Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Kentucky and Missouri. Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan are key competition.

Appreciate that. I’m at 5ish. Would not be surprised with as few as 3 or as many as 8.
-
You may be right about Moore, but Sark wanted him badly and that trumps everything you said about him personally.

Is this Rod Babers shadow account

"Would Lovejoy had took state if CJ was QB?" Would be my suggestion for a deep dive.

LSU 4-star+ commit on campus today LSU 4-star+ commitment Jabari Mack (Destrehan, La./High) and family are scheduled to be in Austin today and Saturday. Mack's OV schedule... Ohio State May 30-June 2 Texas A&M June 6-8 Texas June 13-15 LSU June 20-22

So if Moore decided to portal back to Austin you think Sark would say NO?
-
I agree..but in his limited action... he's flashed enough. In this market..somebody will pay. We paid for Lole..and he earned his keep. It can happen. Most of the kids that left in the portal made waves. Look at Isaiah at Neb... Crawford at Nevada... and the guys over at Arizona St.

My point is, with very little game film and a very long injury history, Vasek isn’t going to have a lot of options, especially at power 4 schools. Signing Vasek is literally gambling with your NIL funds.
-
Since he can't go to Oklahoma because it would be an in conference transfer... my bet would be a Big 12 school. Kid doesn't wanna fo far from home..obviously from his first go round with recruiting.
-
In Vasek’s case it could simply be because they can’t depend on him to be on the field. Where’s he going to transfer to with almost no film?
-
There is more than one way to win and not every player will choose Sark’s way. Good luck to the young man! 🤘🏾
-
Maybe not Nibbs because he's getting some run... but yeah..the others..definitely. I could also see Colton Vasek leaving.. no way they're considering another edge without something being awry. Where there's 💨... there's 🔥.🤘🏿

Seen where Texas vs Ohio st is gonna be on big noon kickoff. (Yawn) in y’all’s opinion does Texas play better in that early kickoff slot or in prime time? I’d love for that game to be played at night, but do y’all see an advantage in the 11 am kick?

So.... I've stated here a few times that when we lost out on D.K. Moore... initially, I like many, was devastated. Then I quickly reevaluated the situation and the job done by this staff so far, and I started asking myself the right questions. Granny used to say time reveals all. She was so right. So, he chose Oregon...right? Dan Lanning...right? Of course we know Coach Samples and Phil Knight mainly got it done, along with Evan Stewart's co-sign... but in effect, he chose a coach that doesn't do it for clicks...right? Well, why the hell is this freshman reciever that hasn't played a down appearing on The Pivot, with a kid who chose the very same coach he threw stones at? Why isn't there some national outrage about Dan Lanning letting his freshman that haven't done jack 💩 parade around like he's a Buffalo... doing it for the "clicks"? Also, why would I wanna play for such a hypocrite? There are some other elements at play here that the family isn't in tune to. This kid is all about himself. He never would've fit any culture Wednesday. I'm not saying he's a bad kid... im saying he's a self-centered kid...very self contained and too many people have told this kid how good he was for way too long. Long on talent..short on humility. I'm glad Sark does things the way he does things here. I like guys investing in the work, the process. Arch and the Manning family did it right. Until he earned the right to be in front of a camera, he worked. He didn't ride on his name or what he'd done in high school. CB4 wasn't on every pod he could get on being the #1 rb in his class. Colin Simmons...good lord! I could go on and on! It's the content of the character..it matters.. and it's why Texas is finally BACK!! 🤘🏿

Stroh isn't going to start? I thought Roberson was running with the 1's.
