The committee needs to have a serious conversation comparing Texas to all of the two loss teams, especially those slated to be in the playoff. If an objective review was done, I would think OU would be odd man out. They have a win at Bama, but Bama outplayed them, but lost due to 3-4 turnovers that led to 17 points. From our head to head with OU, we clearly dominated that game, only allowing 2 FGs. Bama also gets the nod over OU due to better conference record and advancing to the SEC championship game. Ridiculous that Bama is the 5th ranked SEC team but they are advancing to the SEC championship over OU, Ole Miss, and A&M.

He would be dangerous at SMU, TCU, and Baylor. Maybe Zona and Colorado too if he can get NIL in order.

I could see him picking a clone like Day did this year with Hartline. But he’ll be active on the headset regardless.

I’m going to be SHOCKED if Sark shifts gears and lets anybody else control his offense. I just hope he adjusts some things. Our philosophy doesn’t seem complementary or physical enough.

Petrino is a really good play caller. I think Sark should kick the tires on him, but as you said, I don't think he will either.

It's tiresome that when we, as a staff, get notified about message board activity that could be considered out of bounds, it's the same handful of posters. There are a select few posters who are souring the message board experience for everyone else. This isn't your Facebook page or social media account. Please stop derailing threads with personal attacks. A few of you are running the risk of losing your posting privileges, simply because you don't seem capable of conversing with others without resorting to personal insults or foul language. I don't care who started it. Message each other off the board if you want to finish it.

Watched several different sports talk things today that hashed this out and some people were pretty adamant about examining the bad loss to Georgia and the loss to a bad (at least not good) Georgia team. It seemed that these losses counteracted the good wins in their opinions. Others thought the wins were a bit more important. I think we are in an uphill battle to get a playoff spot unless there are some weird results in some of the conferences with playoffs for their championship if the selection committee has members with similar attitudes.

Like the committee’s word to value SOS and SOR. Several national media have already brought this up and list Alabama on the bubble, but ok.
