  1. Past hour
  2. Don’t piss his mama off Sark…
  3. Majors and Connors were both screeners as blockers, they never got any actual push. Umeozulu and Hutson will be physical and push someone back, I just hope that it is the right someone.
  4. This is Sark recruiting. He insists on just the best of the best. Of course, he could be proven wrong, but he does as he sees fit for the program.
  5. Based off the spring, there remains some work for consistency in stretch zone. But that's obviously to be expected with a brand new unit.
  6. If the 2025 OL “holds serve”, the run run blocking will still be better; it is the pass blocking communication that may suffer.
  7. Was a bit of an interesting deal. Appeared to me that it was insurance for the 2026 class as Texas continued to pursue Prothro, Bowman, Kent, etc. Texas is in no rush to just take a tight end in 2026 cycle. After Townsend and Winston in 2025, the room is healthy for the future.
  8. I really don’t think Texas pushed very hard and didn’t publicly take his commitment fora reason. Especially with him saying where he will be most valued.
  9. Best of luck to him...
  10. First ever silent decommitment post?
  11. Today
  12. I don't know their roster well enough. Jordan Seaton is expected to be a high draft choice eventually. Not sure beyond that.
  13. Way to bring down the mood, CJ. lol
  14. Which story were you linking to? Clicking goes to the main ESPN menu…
  15. My thoughts entering camp is that the OL holds serve from a year ago. I need to see it first with Hutson and Umeozulu before I instantly peg them to be upgrades.
  16. Not just that. Arch's first touchdown throw came on an off script play to Bolden. His next rd zone score came on a 19 yard pass to Moore. With Arch the playbook is wide open. Anyone who has watched Texas these last couple of years knew what was coming inside the 20 and even more so inside the 10. We got used to seeing inside run, inside run, slant, and rbs in the flat or screens. In the limited time with Arch we saw qb sneaks, slot fades, and everything in between.
  17. Grayson in Georgia: Kenyatta Watson (I had high hopes) Nick Brooks Tyler Atkinson (assuming we keep him)
  18. Gap scheme… Less thinking which makes everyone more aggressive. Arch… when you break the huddle, more straight up or “honest” looks at pre-snap.
  19. He's right the RZ offense will be very good. We won't be running tosses and sweeps at the 2 yard line. We won't be banging our head against a brick wall trying to block 7/8 with 6 while praying undersized backs can push the pile. Don't take my word for it watch the tape. I dare you to find me any 2 3/4 games where Texas had as much success as Texas did with Arch. I'll wait. That's not me bashing Quinn, but the truth is he was limited. Go watch how different the play calls were.
  20. Another slot fade example. This time with an and-go attached.
  21. Moore of these types of throws.
  22. We are officially on fall camp week! Practice kicks off on Wednesday, and for the Horns, there will be plenty of eyes on how the Arch Manning-led offense will look early on in camp. A couple of nuggets from the last month or so of workouts. *** • First, there has been an extra emphasis from wide out throwing sessions to focus on the back shoulder throw. Primarily focusing on body control and showing hands late when the ball is in the air. Those routes include typical go routes, hole shots in zone coverage, slot fades and seam routes. The expectation is there will be more of these routes and throws in the Texas offense this season with Manning than what we saw over the last three years with Quinn Ewers. • My expectation for Wednesday is to see Wingo–Moore–Mosley trotting out with the first unit with Livingstone and McCutcheon being the first two to rotate in. • Several times this offseason I have heard folks are expecting a massive season for Ryan Wingo. • I will add this on Michael Terry III, while I don't know how much we will see of the San Antonio native, I can report the 6-foot-3-inch wide out has been as active behind the scenes as anyone on the roster. Terry will solely focus on the wide receiver position in fall camp despite speculation he may be moved around at H-Back or TE.
  23. Any players from their roster Texas would be interested in if a window opens ?
  24. Jordan Seaton is a very good LT with elite potential. I'm sure he'll be target #1 for teams if there's a window.
