I’ve gotta go with a kelvin banks for sure. To trust flood and sark as a five star offensive tackle recruit everybody wanted when we hadn’t had a guy go in the first round in over 10 years when he committed to us is very commendable as a fan.

Xavier Worthy i remember his freshman year in the OU game and he took the screen pass 75 yards to the endzone on the first play of the game and that’s when I knew he was HIM I would say Bijan but I don’t know if we are counting players that were Herman recruits that played under Sark Also Kelvin, Ant Hill, Jahdae, and Colin to round out the top 5

Whitt, Rojo, Sorrell, Anthony Hill, Barron... Maybe Casey Thompson because of all that film study 😉

Rojo for me. He turned this program around. I am a big believer in that his performance against K-state in 21 really turned a corner for the program. Most exciting is Bijan

In terms of players who I’ve enjoyed watching the most, definitely have to group Bijan, Banks, Worthy, Simmons, Jahdae, Sweat and Hill in their own category as some of the all-time greats to ever grace the 40 Acres.

Too many… Bijan Roschon Murphy Wisner Lefau Taaffe I’m a big Nick Townsend fan so I’m going with him.

Roschon Johnson. He helped build the foundation of Sark’s culture at Texas and, for my money, was the toughest SOB who has played under Sark at Texas. JWhitt is #2 for similar reasons.

Kelvin Banks for me. After years and years of whiffing on top OL recruits and having a bad product on the field in that position, he was the game changer that we had to get. He helped turn the ship around at Texas with his immediate impact.

Curious to see who everyone’s favorite player has been under Sark and why? Who yall got??

Pettijohn was a huge miss, but I think with Atinkinson in the '26 class, they more than made up for that. Both will be great players in college and likely in the NFL.

I think you would take a scholarship at ND, Vandy, Duke, Michigan, Wake Forest, or UNC as well over one from Slurp, unless you want to be an engineer.
