  1. Past hour
  2. The Longhorns are on the road, taking on the Cougars after winning a three-game road series with then-No. 5 Auburn over the weekend. A couple of lineup notes for tonight: — Jason Flores is making his first start on the mound since a forgettable outing against Lamar on Feb. 17. — Carson Tinney is getting the night off with a quick turnaround (Texas starts a three-game SEC series at home against OU on Thursday). — With Tinney out, Andrew Ermis is behind the plate. Anthony Pack Jr. is hitting in the No. 2 spot in the lineup, which where Tinney has been in recent weeks.
  3. Gerry will Goosby run the point ? I thought he is more of scorer/shooter?
  4. Can't wait. Evidently Alabama has an opening.
  5. Coach Vic is a legend! Amazing what he has done in six years! The Buccees order was epic. God I miss Texas!
  6. January 2021 -Sarkisian takes over 2022 - 0 TX players drafted 2023 - 12 players drafted 2024 - 11 players drafted 2025 - 12 players drafted We won’t have 12 this year but the number of bench press reps isn’t the reason. Don’t think Sark is too worried about bench press.
  7. I don’t think the walk ons get anything. Or very little. Swain Mark and Matas probably the most
  8. Swain and Mark were awful on ball defenders and it was a problem so hoping they can find a couple guards that play close to Weaver level on defenses.
  9. Exactly! That is why we have worked more on strength this off season. Everybody knew it and finally we pivoted to work on it. Some of those reps for Ol DL LB DE TE haven't been great at all in the past. Remember Saunders doing 9. About time Sark and Company recognized we need more strength period. Maybe Kirby's jab at us not being physical , or Muschamp seeing it as well. Hopefully better going forward.
  10. Demarvion Overshown did 15 reps in 2023. Think our guys will be ok. 🤘
  11. Today
  12. My wife and I were talking about this last week lol.
  13. Or film where we often saw zero push. Here: https://www.profootballnetwork.com/what-is-the-average-bench-press-nfl-combine-draft/
  14. Yes. He’s not to be a ball pressure wing I would just say this … Ogden picked Texas over Purdue. Purdue beat Bama and Auburn this year with similar athletes, and Bo has more tame size
  15. 15?!! I can do 15 225 reps at 185 lbs. Yikes
  16. if your string you bench a lot, if your string you put your hands on the defender and move them back. long arms be damned strong is strong and burke, hutson and campbell numbers today don’t show stength.
  17. The issue with the way bench press is done for these workouts is its more of an endurance thing, and arm length plays a big factor shorter arms and proper technique means they can put up higher bench reps as well, so it's not a true test of displaying strength. Now if we knew there max in bench and squats we would have a better idea of their strength.
