Richard Wesley will enroll in January at the ripe old age of 16

This means the following:

* He will not be able to legally drink until after he graduates from college.  (assuming he graduates in 4 years))

* Any girl he dates will risk being accused of statutory rape

* In theory he cannot go to an "R" rated movie without a parent.

I can only imagine being 16 and playing football at one of the top 3 programs in the nation.  Life is about to get interesting for the young man
