Texas is ahead of so many basketball schools on this list.  A little surprising.  Historically, making the tournament hasn't been the problem.  It's what they do when they get there is where they stumble.

I'll never understand why Texas doesn't have the will to be a top hoops school. Its only a question of will...
I'm the biggest Phi Slamma Jamma junky there ever was, but there is zero reason Houston should ever have a better program that Texas, don't even talk to me about Baylor...
