  1. I bet you can get KD, TJ, and Rick Barnes (once he’s done coaching at Tennessee) at some point.
  2. If they can find a dozen wins in SEC play that would be great. Would like to see Texas split the Florida games and finally beat Arkansas and Tennessee. Hold down home court and find 3-4 road wins and that should be enough to lock up a 1 or 2 seed, especially if they get a double bye and make a deep run in the SEC Tournament.
  3. What does that say about Sark's comment in the presser that he hopes Texas "kicks his ass" when they play on October 10th?
  4. I forgot Mary Iakopo plays for the Chicago Bandits too. Hoping her and Bella Dayton can rally and win championship rings tomorrow.
  5. Maybe Royal is reclassifying too because why not?
  6. Announcing that he’s flipping to free up money for Texas to go big in the portal and continue to build their trenches with a flip from DJ Jacobs.
  7. Yes, speaks to the program Coach White has built at Texas. Glad you brought up Bella Dayton. She and the Chicago Bandits play here in a few minutes in the best two out of three AUSL championship series against the Utah Talons on ABC.
  8. That why even though the 2022, 2024, and 2025 wins were great, I'm greedy and want to see if Texas can break through a barrier they haven't broken through this century and beat Oklahoma in football three times in a row. Jeff has said in livestreams in the past that it is time for Texas to go on a long streak of wins over OU in Dallas over the next decade and establish complete dominance in this series again. Georgia went through this with Florida in the '90s and '00s before Kirby Smart was hired and flipped that series. Ohio State went through this with Michigan in the '80s and '90s before Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer were hired and flipped that series. Tennessee went through this against Alabama and Nick Saban until Josh Heupel was hired and made that series even. It's time for Texas to go on a run against OU that's so dominant Texas is leading the series since 2000 by 2040. Best decades for Texas against OU were the 1900s, 1940s, 1960s and the 1990s, hence the lead they have in the overall series. Win at least 3 of the next 4 Red River games to close out the 2020s and go from there. It can be done.
  9. Texas hasn't beaten OU three times in a row this century, but I have a feeling Sark is about to change that in two and a half months.
  10. You can only have 15 players on a roster at a time in college basketball. With the addition of Marcus Spears Jr., all 15 of those spots are occupied at Texas now, so Pope and Weaver, if they win their cases, will be playing for different teams this college basketball season.
  11. With the addition of Meredith, does Texas move Bishop back to working with the WRs or will he still train at DB?
  12. Texas wins 7 or 8 regular season games and plays in a bowl for sure imo. I also wonder how the Arkansas game goes if Thompson had been named the starting QB from game 1. Honestly, the offense Texas had in those three games in the 2021 season is the offense I think Texas will have over the course of this season. The OL was not good back then either, and they still had that level of output offensively. They should be able to replicate that production in 2026. Hopefully Coleman can provide similar or superior production to a true freshman Worthy and Wingo is superior to any #2 WR Texas had in 2021. While there aren’t any RBs as good as Robinson and Johnson, I do think the running game will have a strong output with Brown, Smothers, and Cooper. Plus this team has better TEs.
  13. Aka the Marcus Spears Jr. of her class
