I think a big part of Sark's MO is setting up future plays. He seems willing to lay a turd on one play if he can set up the stinger when you don't expect it. That's usually a deep hit, or one of those Wingo sideline screens etc... I love Sark actually, but sometimes I think he is gets too lost in the setup instead of just plodding down the field, and I don't think currently he has been taking the level of play of the OL into consideration in his play calling very well. He could help them out quite a bit by adjusting his playcalling a bit imo until the bigger issues get resolved. 🤘

Looks like we are 10 in AP. still behind bans but ahead of osu and ole miss in this one. Happy to be (partially) wrong. but looking at some of the individual ballots, on x, it’s all over place. 🤘

Let’s hope. We’ll see. I was talking about the weekly polls setting the table for what the cfp does. at end of day, we win we are in. Still a lot of carnage left over the next few weeks in cfb! 🤘

I mentioned this in another thread - predicted it would happen... One could make a case for OSU - I wouldn't agree but you could make a case. No case w/ Ole Miss though. 🤘

Should be - not so sure will be. I think we'll be behind Alabama, OSU, and possibly Ole Miss. 🤘

With the first CFP seedings coming out this week, it feels like the polls this week are going to be very interesting and I don't think Texas is going to like what happens... There is going to be a logjam of 2 loss teams, including Texas, and now also Ohio State, Ole Miss, and TN, all wins for Texas, but who all have arguably better losses. Through in LSU, Alabama, and USC... It feels like pollsters might lose Texas in the middle of all those. I predict both OSU and Alabama and possibly Ole Miss are ranked higher than Texas despite the head to heads. Normally, I might not worry about it at this point in season, and it feels like we still have some things to prove to earn it, but with such a logjam of teams between about 8 and 15, and w/ Boise and ND reserved spots, it feels unusually important to have the right pecking order set now even before we have to go on road and take care of business. If we do that I'm pretty sure we are in. I still think things sort out over time, just that it is maybe more important than usual to get this initial ranking right to avoid someone else making the decision down the road - especially if we are also thinking there is any chance for a 3 loss invite... 🤘

I'm a little different as I travel a lot to major capitals/cities for work, so when I travel for pleasure I like to get out and be less on the touristy stuff. Find a high end lodge/spa/resort in highlands or a remote area like Skye or even one of the islands like Shetlands and just chill / explore the lower key stuff - hikes, fishing, shooting etc. a country inn pub on a weekend is always a fun thing. Have done this a couple of times in Scotland and its pretty awesome. If you like shooting, they do a cool kind of sport shooting there on a course called sporting clays. Salmon fishing in the famous highland rivers... Usually combine it with a couple of days in Edinburgh or Glasgow around your arrival / departure, then just get a car and go hide in the country for a few days... Scotland is fantastic imo. Enjoy. 🤘
