I’m at Mansfield Summit athletic period to see Texas 4-star+ DL commit Cam Hall.

6-5, 255 and looks like he weighs 230

Had a sack and got two holding calls in less than 10 snaps in last nights scrimmage vs Keller High

Will be 6-5, 280’ish in short order after enrolling at Texas in January 

May end up as a 290’ish pound 5-tech long term

Will have a 9-10 min YouTube interview with Cam in the next 2-3 days

Last game he attended at Texas was the A&M game … and he said it’s really a big part of why he committed

He is. Not sure how high on Texas’ 28 board he is, however. It may not match with the national ranking headed into the season

Haha, seriously 😂 I’m sure the players have gotten used to Gerry being around by now. We complain when there isn’t enough coverage, then laugh when the coverage gets a little too close. Credit to Gerry for putting in the work though can’t complain about the results!

Barring injury, I rate this guy as the top EDGE committed to us for 27

What is interesting ... he won't end up a true EDGE long term. He's going to get too big. He's going to be a 5-tech type guy that spins inside in pass rush downs. Will be difficult to keep him under 285'ish long term IMO.
