In depth analysis of the SEC race as of today

Ok, just trying to get a look at the big picture SEC race at this time.  I'm not ranking teams like a poll, but rather looking at where they are with the eyeball test vs. their remaining schedule.  I'll list remaining schedule with hard games / rivalry games of note

 

Good position for SEC title race / CFP

Georgia 4-0 (2-0) plays at Bama, neutral Florida, at Ole Miss

Florida 4-0 (2-0) at Texas, neutral Georgia

Bama 4-0 (1-0) at Miss St, vs Georgia, at Tenn, at LSU, vs Auburn

Texas 4-0 (1-0) plays RRS, vs Florida, vs. Ole Miss, vs Miss St, at LSU, at Aggy

 

Needs more to prove itself to be in top tier OR good team with a loss with smaller room for error

Miss St 4-0 (2-0) vs Bama, at LSU, at Texas, at Ole Miss

Ole Miss 3-1 (1-1) at Texas, vs. Georgia, vs. Miss St

LSU 3-1 (1-1) vs. Miss St, vs. Bama, vs. Texas, at Tenn

 

Could technically make a run, but probably won't

Tennessee 3-1 (0-1) vs. Bama, vs. LSU (* could put in next tier up due to easiest schedule path in this group)

Mizzou 3-1 (0-1) vs Florida, at Ole Miss, vs. Texas, at Georgia

Kentucky 3-1 (1-1) vs. LSU, at Tenn, vs. Florida, at Mizzou, vs Louisville

To me, Florida and Georgia seem to be almost locks for the CFP based on who they have to play.  Bama and Texas have some road bumps, but odds are very good as of today.   The next tier is interesting... I could see any one of them getting through the schedule with 2 losses or less.
