I feel he is trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. This resembles the Vince Young situation back in the day. Mack had to adjust the offense to Vince’s strengths. When he did the offense blossomed and Vince became Vince. Sark needs to swallow his pride and adjust his offense to Arch’s strengths and quit trying to make Arch be someone he is not. 2 Quote

I think he's very smart And works very well out of 10 and 11 personnel. Tremendous athlete with a quick release and great arm. Makes some mistakes but I believe in the kid. I think Sarkisian needs to run better plays. Every player on the offense doesn't look comfortable right now. Always appreciate you and General Grants positive vibes.
