Most concerning thing- no audibles

I think all of the criticism to Sark, Flood, Manning etc is fair and warranted. But I think the biggest thing that points t a massive issue is that Manning can’t audible a play. 
 

is that Sark being egotistical? Not trusting arch? Arch can’t read a defense good enough? Whatever it is, if your QB can’t change a play at the line you’re cooked as an offense.
