Kaleb
Do we have a shot flipping him? I would think he should come to the good guys cause that oline at OU is hot ass cheeks Edited September 22 by Kaleb
qaertyisthatdude
Nah, he will stick with OU unless Bedenbaugh gets fired. If that happens maybe he flips to Texas, but I could also see him choose another program where he could start immediately. That would not happen at Texas. Texas is all in the John Turntine III sweepstakes at this point.
LonghornLegends
Yeah I think he’s probably looking at it as he can step on campus at BlowU and be an instant starter and the way they’re playing it’s a very high possibility. He wouldn’t have that luxury at Texas for sure.
AceHorn23
I'm sure he is and knows that he can get there and be a starter on day one. Unfortunately for us.
justwinbaby
His best friend accepted a walk on spot at OU. Also, Fasusi can start earlier at OU. Kyle Flood has done a great job at Texas and this is a consequence of that.
Pocono longhorn
Not a fan of kids that don't want to compete for a position, let him rot at OU.

Believe it or not, not every 5-star prospect wants to come to Texas. Even Bama at the peak of their dynasty didn’t get every 5-star. Sometimes it’s for the best. Texas is gonna get their guys as long as they keep winning like this, developing and putting 8+ players a year into the NFL draft.

Saban didn't offer every five star, he was an elite talent evaluator
Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted September 22 Moderators Share Posted September 22 Texas would take Fasusi if he has a change of heart. There has been very little communication thus far this season.

horns96
OU can offer only one thing that Texas can't in 2025- playing time for a true freshman on OL.

He is talented and will start, and we will have to deal with it. However, he won’t be the first or last left tackle we will ever deal with in the SEC.

Empty OL cupboard at OU. Fasusi will be chopped liver for SEC DL for a couple of years.
Bobbers
OU has already shown that they will pay key players above market rates- true or false? This is going to be about money for some kids (as it should be imo).
