Moderators Gerry Hamilton Posted October 4, 2024 Moderators Share Posted October 4, 2024 I agree that Georgia is the No. 1 job right now. Way too much talent in the Atlanta metro area plus the entire state, and don't have an in-state rival that challenges in recruiting. Then the recruiting geography around Georgia is very talented in Florida, North Carolina, Alabama and South Carolina + Georgia is a national brand. Terrific college town too. Tremendous facilities and support from the alumni.

Hashtag
I'd go 1. Ohio St 2. Texas 3. Georgia Ohio State's coaching history and hiring while being one of the top NIL programs in the country is why I give them the slight edge on the other two. It is splitting hairs between Texas and Georgia but Texas NIL is what makes me put them just above Georgia. I think it's razor thin margins between the 3 for sure. When I saw the headline, with Texas # 2, I tried to guess who might be # 1 and I also landed on tOSU ... I could see picking them over Georgia mainly because of the lack of competition in their conference. But yeah, Georgia has it rolling right now too 🙂

I just read the article and was wondering "who the hell was the ONE coach who voted the Aggies job # 1?" Was that YOU Tuco Ramirez? “Haven’t cashed in yet but it’s a gold mine,” a Power 4 coordinator said. “Best facilities. Most money. Most resources. NIL elite. Football state. One of the best followings. No limitations. Most don’t agree (but) just my opinion.” Edited October 4, 2024 by ArizonaLonghorn
