High 4-star++ safety and Texas commitment Zelus Hicks, he does still plan to sign December 4. Hicks, 6-1.5 and 190-pounds, made an official visit to Texas last weekend for the Kentucky game. Hicks had visitis Florida, Georgia Tech and Tennessee on the Saturday's prior. There had been a report that Hicks is/was considering official visits to Colorado and Florida. The only way that happens is if Hicks decides not to sign December 4.
