Vic is so damn passionate.  Love that he comes on the show. 
Does Tony ever come to practice?  Love to have him part of the program.

Gerry: I noticed Vic told you guys he plays Kobe at the end of every video to motivate his players. I guess Curry and the analytics boys don't care the same weight. That's why watching Oats and "modern" guys play HORSE as an actual game of basketball in the current NBA sucks.

Love these segments getting to know coaches as people. 

As for approaching a huge game, I like hearing how even seemingly obvious points deserve emphasis. For example, even though it's a team game with interdependency, I appreciated what he said about players needing to individually rise to the moment and win 1 on 1.

140 a game in the NBA. It's not offense lures fans. Ratings are way down. Nice call Gerry.

I'd rather watch sand drain than the current NBA. Many sports fans agree with we. Worst ratings in years.
