Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 20 hours ago Moderators Posted 20 hours ago Texas hosted 2027 Pflugerville Weiss WR Tre Moore for the second time in as many weeks this morning. Moore, a 6-foot-3-inch wide out, is the son of former Oklahoma quarterback Eric Moore. The Austin-area playmaker now boasts 22 offers and has steadily been climbing the recruiting rankings since the release of the 2027 class. I would keep close tabs on this one. Moore is a freaky athlete. 12 Quote

I believe his father is now a pastor in the Austin area. They've lived down here for quite a while. He originally went to Dallas Carter iirc. 2 Quote
John Moore Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago If they somehow pair him with JuJu Johnson that'd be an incredible tandem. 1 Quote

Eric and his wife met as campus pastors at UT, which is why their church has so many former Texas players and UT grads. Great family. Tre will definitely be a "culture fit" at UT. 3 Quote
harveycmd Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I'm thinking east Texas is the greatest part of the state. Earl Campbell is enough. We can cite more if necessary. Quote
harveycmd Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Adrian Peterson and Patrick Mahomes also from east Texas. Quote

Been in this area for a long time and as much as Eric bleeds for OU I bet he would be just as happy if his youngest stayed close to home to play ball (since his other two are playing sports out of state). Tre is a good kid and a hard worker. I would love to see him wearing burnt orange but still think this is a wild one. Ha ha Quote
