Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 15 hours ago Moderators Posted 15 hours ago Great look for the 2026 Texas commit. Bell looked good throwing the ball at the Elite 11 earlier this year, but most of that came from stationary dropbacks. Obviously this workout is a bit more intense with a focus on individual leg strength, something that Bell is working to improve on after recovering from injury last year 6 Quote
syracusehorn Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I had 2 ACL's and went through rehab and recovery twice. It is a grind that no one else really sees. This is great work. 1 Quote

The strength and range of motion can take so long to get back to 100%. And the confidence to really go all-out takes even longer. But it's the mental part that is the most challenging. It's just you vs. yourself every day for nearly a year. You have to want it so bad. You can't fake it or half-ass your work, or you'll never make it. 1 Quote
