  1. Pulisic off at halftime. Wow.
  2. South Africa looks terrible. Not sure if Mexico is that good or if SA is just not up to the quality of World Cup teams. Can’t string anything together going forward.
  3. Every university that fields DI sports should contribute to a legal fund to thwart Paxton's BS. If Tech is allowed to play Sorsby this fall, college sports is a thing of the past. The whole enchilada.
  4. Looks like a lot of corrupt people are ok with turning college sports into pro wrestling. Any short-term gain will be negated by long-term losses. But no one seems to think long term anymore.
  5. Not a Swiftie, but haters are ridiculous.
  6. Did you hear about Ja’Kobe Tharp running 12.75 WR in the other heat? Unreal.
  7. Texas Tech is signaling that integrity in college sports is a thing of the past. It's an idea like amateurism that simply won't survive our culture.
  8. The only way that schools will be able to protect college athletics is to form a new league that excludes Texas Tech this fall. The entire college sports landscape ends if the 2026-2027 season includes players known to have bet on their own teams. It will essentially become pro wrestling. Sure there will be some fans, but outcomes will not be competitive. And OTF needs a new sponsor if their attorney is defending the killing of college sports.
  9. Is that Peter Dinklage with Kyler Murray?
  10. What happened today specifically?
  11. Brooks was considered the top pro prospect, including Goosby.
  12. This is objectively worse than Charlie Strong's OL situation. Sark & Flood have a chance to add more bodies than Strong could, but losing 7 guys in two weeks is a pretty damning indictment of something bad going on in that locker room. It's beyond roster management.
  13. Well they had one coach for like 46 years, so that's not really a great argument.
  14. I think “strength of schedule” in the committee’s rubric was a euphemism for conference affiliation. They didn’t want to go down this road, but it was inevitable. And the consequences are seismic.
