  1. Bad callas happen. No complaints about Balogun. But politicians (especially a World Cup host) asking for fifa to intervene is about as corrupt as it gets in sports.
  2. We are definitely going to be the villains now. Shocking, especially with the US President asking them to change it. Reminiscent of Longhorns throwing trash on the field to get a call reversed!
  3. I watched the first two minutes then looked at the time bar at the bottom of the video. 21 minutes of this stuff? Crazy.
  4. Well they sure as hell aren’t going to put the Aggies vs Longhorns on display there!
  5. He'll save a ton of money by not needing a glove.
  6. If we win the group then we will get a second or third place team in the first knockout round. After that it’s all about matchups.
  7. Pulisic off at halftime. Wow.
  8. South Africa looks terrible. Not sure if Mexico is that good or if SA is just not up to the quality of World Cup teams. Can’t string anything together going forward.
  9. Every university that fields DI sports should contribute to a legal fund to thwart Paxton's BS. If Tech is allowed to play Sorsby this fall, college sports is a thing of the past. The whole enchilada.
  10. Looks like a lot of corrupt people are ok with turning college sports into pro wrestling. Any short-term gain will be negated by long-term losses. But no one seems to think long term anymore.
  11. Not a Swiftie, but haters are ridiculous.
  12. Did you hear about Ja’Kobe Tharp running 12.75 WR in the other heat? Unreal.
  13. Texas Tech is signaling that integrity in college sports is a thing of the past. It's an idea like amateurism that simply won't survive our culture.
  14. The only way that schools will be able to protect college athletics is to form a new league that excludes Texas Tech this fall. The entire college sports landscape ends if the 2026-2027 season includes players known to have bet on their own teams. It will essentially become pro wrestling. Sure there will be some fans, but outcomes will not be competitive. And OTF needs a new sponsor if their attorney is defending the killing of college sports.
