They have a unique perspective and you can tell the players not only are comfortable, but also enjoy sitting down with them and shooting the breeze. Derrick Johnson has mentioned several times that he's been around the team a bunch this past year, watching practices and around the facilities. Does anyone know whether he has any interest in coaching? You can tell he's got the personality to crush it coaching and recruiting.
