DanielOnorato Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago A legendary stop on 4th and goal once again shows the Texas Fight this defense possesses. We are truly blessed to watch these guys week in week out play their you know what's off. Taaffes timing, Mcdonald at his legs, the interior push, the emotion from Shaw, Hill, Kanu, Williams among others... This will be the one memory I choose to think back on when flushing this stinker. 🤘 89th defensive play of the game, can't teach heart. 3 Quote
DanielOnorato Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago Have to add that Brad Spence was shot out of a cannon on this play. 1 Quote
Alex Butler Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hopefully we can continue to get better in all phases. The next two games are tough but winnable. Georgia…that’s a scary one. 1 Quote

If all 3 phases ever click their potential is as high as anyone's. Their defense is going to put them in great spots. I will miss watching Michael Taaffe, Manny Muhammad, Anthony Hill etc. Great defense they are beasts. 1 Quote
Alex Butler Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago 100% we’ve seen what they can do when they play complimentary smart football. We smoke OU by 17 and in the second half it didn’t even feel that close. Hopefully we can get Baxter back and the run in game can elevate. I’d actually love to see Niblett get more involved almost as a poor man’s Jaydon Blue. Would also like to see us feature the talent we have at the right end position. Play some up tempo ball and run right at people. Let’s see if they can hold up. Quote
