  13. None of the Texas running backs do anything when they reach the second level. Simon can make people miss in the hole, but he doesn't have the abililty to plant his foot and break arm tackles then take it to the house. Actually, none of the running backs do. Justice Haynes would of have been huge portal pickup during the off-season, as he would have given Texas the homerun hitter it desperately needs at running back.
