    Texas stays at #1 this week. Some prospects aren't interested in playing for Texas, it is what it is (Sanchez has always been for Ohio State). Just picking up the phone and conversing with Sarkisian isn't making this a more winnable recruitment unless Devin visits Texas for a game or unofficial.
