  1. There’s been quite a few in the past. Normally, first thing.
  2. Any chance Coach Boom's decision to "hang it up" is due to the fact that UGA lost 7 draft picks off of last years team, including 3 first rounders? Take a few years off, and when the itch inevitably grabs him again, pick a great destination where he has full control over a great defense.
  3. The problem is we are operating like there is a salary cap, while our competitors are not.
  4. So allocating a lot of money to the front 7. I like that. What I don’t love is that at the moment it seems like we lead for Guervil, Okpala and Carlton. Simeon seems like Big 10, Griffin seems like Bama, Johnson seems like Georgia, Henderson seems like Florida, Rouse seems like Tennessee, seems like Atkinson is asking for all of the money.
  5. I just mean the recruitment is similar. In state guy that leans Texas early. Is talked into “playing corner” by SEC school, while Texas pitches safety. Commits to SEC school in summer, and then flips to Texas late. Players are completely different, Texas will never be onboard with Calicut playing corner, like they were late with Phillips.
  6. Unreal podcast. If he leaves for the NFL I’m gonna cry. 😂
  7. The parallels to the Kade Phillips recruitment from a year ago are hard to ignore. Seems like one that goes our way come December.
  8. It was a real one here in Cedar Park/Leander. 70-80 mph wind, ping pong size hail.
  9. One of the best BGO's in all of college football last 25 years
  10. "Quentin Vasher." Nathan Jammer should have received a mention. **** I'm old.
  11. Would he be a potential option?
  12. Happy to see everyone has finally come around, except @Jordan91. I’m sure he’s still trying to justify keeping RT. It was painfully obvious the day the hire was made that this was a terrible hire. And many of us said so at the time. Oh and the “Texas basketball doesn’t have enough resources to win” argument may be a dumber argument than RT was a good hire argument. So not surprised to see @Jordan91 hopping on that train.
