  1. Great news on Brandon… if we can just hold on until his OV. Love me some Tagoa’i!
  2. Really? I haven’t heard that. I’m pretty familiar with Marshall. Is it that bad?
  3. Tagoa’i plays super fast and amazingly under control. Faster than Justin Williams if you ask me. What the hell is he going to be when he’s north of 215 lbs. My guess… a super bad ass.
  4. Gerry can you rank these LB’ers… just your opinion. Pettijohn Barnes Tagoa’i Cunningham Williams, J Williams, A
  5. Obviously, the list will grow, but we should get 6 out of the 8 thus far.
  6. Let those dumb asses go play in the snow in November. At the same time, another segment of the country will learn what a bunch of ass clowns they are.
  7. I would put Kelshaun at 3 with Marsh. Probably 3a
  8. Can only comment on the ones I’ve seen. 1) Moore 2) Lockett 3) Marsh 4) Harris
  9. One of those Michigan DT’s is going to have Texas next to their name.
  10. Yes, we all know. I’m content with Jackson and Morgan for the EDGE haul in ‘25. If there’s a third, I would prefer Townsend as TE/EDGE prospect similar to Jackson.
  11. The Cordova kid has great punch, tremendous hands. Do you have any thoughts about Sark ‘n staff’s pursuit of him?
  12. I’ll take Morgan and for the love of God, can we get an OV with Kelshuan? I hope we get him in on the last weekend in June.
  13. What’s the deal with visits for portal guys after they enter in mid-April? I assume they’re allowed to take OV’s once they enter, correct? Anyway, I’m hoping for a couple of dudes to fly out of Detroit to Austin later this spring.
  14. Best interview Who will be the best recruiter for ‘25 kids? Best dressed when walking down Bevo Blvd. next fall. Best hair. Is there a Bert Auburn in the group?
  15. Agree. Might move Mack up a tier, but agree nonetheless.
  16. Between you and Gerry… I just call everything “nuggets for my pipe”.
  17. All OOS guys… which means there will be several bumps in the road before the finish.
  18. @Gerry Hamilton Where are the ‘23 guys (Cojoe, Stroh, Kirkland, Chatman and Goosby) at development wise? I’ve heard wonderful things about Trevor.
  19. OU does need some OL dudes. I’d rather focus on Fasusi and retaining guys already in the program. @Gerry Hamilton Do we really need a four man class? We have 14 guys that have 2 to 4 years left.
  20. You’re going to need a governing body that has way, way more power than the NCAA. For example, at a minimum, they need to have the power to subpoena. -a new subdivision (how many teams?) -a governing party with real power. Tampering is a HUGE problem as I type. -complete transparency with NIL -universal set of rules… example: one portal transfer; 30 day portal window when a head coach leaves (could potentially give a player two moves). We have that now. But, many more are needed. -NIL salary cap? That’s a tough one. I do think schools should be able to use funds from organizations like the LHF. Maybe a hard cap that only a few schools could reach, but they can’t exceed it.
  21. Here’s to an uneventful off-season Tomorrow is the last day to enroll. Unless I missed something, we’re done until mid-April. Off-season workouts are in full effect. Players are hitting the weight room and field to improve their speed, strength, conditioning and skill. This is the time where culture wins. I’m under the belief that this group has fully embraced Sark ‘n staff vision, values, etc. Everything from eating right to staying on top their studies and how to do it has been outlined for them. So take a minute, bend a knee and pray to the College Football Gods for an uneventful offseason if that’s your thing. From what I can see and believe, it’s all there for the taking in ‘24. We’re in for a wonderful ride this fall. Hook ‘em!
