    Agreed. My stick burner is the go-to in my arsenal if I'm not needing to sear something.. Have been using the Thermoworks RFX with great success since they released them last summer/fall. I was planning to give my stick burner its annual cleaning/reseasoning this weekend, but the rain has changed my plans. Maybe next weekend we'll get her all spic & span again and start building up next year's mess on a butt or something.

    That’s not what happened at all. Terry isn’t a distant relative, he’s the other son of the owners. He ran the original restaurant for many years before his brother came back to town to get involved with it. Family fallout occurred and they went their separate ways. I’ve lived in Lockhart for 42 years and know both sides well.

    Born in Houston, grew up in Nassau Bay (Clear Lake area) until 11, moved to Lockhart and have primarily been here since then (excluding a few years on the road for school/work). Watching this little town turn into a not-so-little town the past few years.

    Yeah, that’s about as specific as I can find on a general Google search. I noticed yesterday the music was playing loudly while Majors’ hand was on the ball, Ewers was giving his presnap claps, etc. I had never noticed this before and it brought up the question on my mind.

    Curious if anyone knows…are there rules regarding noise level from the PA speakers in regards to the play clock? I noticed several times during the game that the PA system was blaring music until there was 11 seconds on the play clock, and once it played until 6 seconds left. I never saw a coach complain to the refs, but I was under the assumption that there were rules regarding this?

    Assuming no asinine turnovers, this game will come down to the OL performance against the GA front 7 and our defense forcing Georgia to consistently go on methodical drives in order to try to score. I trust Quinn & the receivers to do their thing. If we can get the running game to an effective level we should all have a happy Sunday.

    I'd guess Florida if they come calling. If he can get assurances around NIL from the boosters, he could make recruiting in Florida & South Georgia very difficult for other teams.
