Not IMO. The need always was and is IOL. That clearly hasn't been addressed. It's really hard for an offense to move the ball with DTs roaming in the backfield milliseconds after the snap. Can brown make guys miss 5 yards behind the LOS and still get positive yards?

Penalties and thereby lack of discipline was the next biggest issue. No one can convince me otherwise. FYI we will be finishing the season as the MOST penalized team in the country.

Not being able to run the football and protect the QB were far and away the biggest issues on this team minus early season Arch not being able to hit the broad side of a barn and nothing else is close.

I tried but keyboard warriors come in here claiming their entire obsession with the WR room being dogshit is validated with 1/2 of an exhibition game as proof of evidence when the entire season of evidence says they aren't the problem and weren't the defining reason for not making the playoffs.

WR is NOT the priority. I even said we will most likely go get one anyway. Remember, Worthy dropped more passes than anyone on our current roster minus maybe Wingo. Do they need to catch the ball, hell yes. We are plenty talented at WR, they need to be more consistent and catch the damn ball.

Sadly, early in the year Arnold might have been better than Arch early in the year. I'm glad we got past that. My point is, his price is overrated even for potential production. A upright Manning with time to throw will make even the most average WR look good. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning did that their entire careers. Even Tony Romo did that for years.

We had one of the worst offensive lines in the SEC statistically, especially when it comes to running the football. 12th in rushing offense. 7th in passing offense. 10th in Scoring offense. 7th in sacks allowed. 11th in tackles for loss allowed. 9th in total offense. It is hard to show, but our receivers were above average in the SEC statistically with a poor OL, struggling QB(early) and spotty production from the TE position and a bad run game.
