  1. If you put it into perspective, the 22.5 sacks in 1982 when teams weren't throwing it nearly as much as today is crazy. Way less opportunities should equal less sacks. Hager's total tackles in 1988 is impressive no doubt, but teams were running the ball a lot. That's what makes DeAyala's sack total really impressive.
  2. You might check YouTube. I have found several in the past that I failed to record.
  3. Not even in the same ballpark as those terrible Burger King commercials imo. That you rule campaign can't get away fast enough for me. I've sworn off that place until it does.
  4. Screw Tech and the Big 12. I long for the day that wrasslin' second hand league goes to streaming only because no network will touch them. That may be closer than you think.
  5. I listen on YouTube. It's as bad or worse than they are describing.
  6. He reminds me of Barry Sanders. Time will tell if he has a similar career.
  7. I'm curious as to why the sack totals do not match up to what I saw live and on replay. We clearly.had sacks by Simmons, Lefau and Vasek. Also had a give up by McCown on another run behind the line of scrimmage where Anthony Hill could clearly be given credit to a sack yet no credit was given. What the hell is going on?
  8. AND why would he give Stallions a game ball. They ALL knew 100% guaranteed.
  9. Surely the Aggies don't have their version of Stallions....😜
  10. Are we really still questioning Sark and his QB resume? I realize it's been a long off-season but his track record speaks for itself. SMH...
  11. Exactly! I've been saying this for years. You'd best be moving the other direction when their horns are down.
  12. Yeah I an aware. I've coached against him in a scrimmage. The result was quite different than back in the day.
  13. I've got two. One was James Morton, father of the current Tech starting QB. The other was Billy Joe Tolliver. Went on to start at Tech at QB. Both of their teams beat us out in the playoffs on consecutive years and went on to win state championships. Rodney Thomas may be the best runner I've seen play.
  14. Probably was. Sounds a bit like Ricky Bobby also.
  15. I went back and tried to find it but couldn't find it. Blake Munroe posted it a few days ago. They also talked about on a couple of the Live Streams.
  16. After hearing about these anonymous responses, I'm inclined to wonder just who might have said this and what their motivations might be. Here are my guesses: 1. Oklahoma - they stand the most to gain by spreading the seed of doubt amidst our recent success. 2. TCU - they are one of the few teams who made it interesting down the stretch. Plus, any dent they could make in recruiting might help them. 3. Kansas St. - they also made things interesting down to the wire. Regardless of what they may or may not have said, any impact on recruiting is not gonna happen. Everybody else got their tails kicked by us by a large margin. Makes sense to me but what say you?
  17. Gerry, How far was he throwing the discus. His form is really good.
  18. For sure. I'm just glad somebody finally said it.
  19. What day and time will it air?
  20. My schedule shows a baseball game on Longhorn Network at that time.
