Pretty disappointing first run for Bond

On3 updated their 2026 rankings and Felix Ojo shot up the rankings. Got me wondering, what are the chances Texas can land 2 of these 3?

Is no longer taking an OV. That hurts. I thought he still would’ve made it out here for it.

Steve Wiltfong said he expects Texas to get an official visit on top of LSU and Ohio State already having OVs scheduled. I didn’t even know we were on his radar at all so this seems encouraging. Imagine it would be hard to pull him away from LSU but this is a step to that!

I've wondered a bit why Gerry and maybe CJ(?) seem a decent bit higher on Ffrench than Lockett. Obviously both are elite talents but Lockett seems to be generally higher across most sites and seemed to be the one making more noise at camps.

A bit disappointing but I get it. I still think he will turn out to be a really solid player but Texas can be picky at WR.

What was the main reason for Texas not pursuing Micah Hudson? Lack of college production as a freshman? Bad blood from his high school recruitment? Prioritizing more experienced WRs in the portal? Is he just not interested in Texas at all?

Would be pretty shocked if Fasusi doesn’t end up at OU at this point. Doubt they would get rid of Bedenbaugh
