  1. You know what they say: adapt or die.
  2. You can’t take away a thing he’s done, and he truly worked miracles. I said on another thread this looks a lot like what DeBoer did at UW during his two years there on steroids. Kept a ton of 5th and 6th year guys together with some great portal adds. Time will tell if he’s created the next monster or if it was a miracle like FSU had going a couple of years ago until their QB got hurt. Most likely something in between.
  3. Paperwork was due in Friday but there may still be entry announcements through Wednesday. I also think the two teams playing tomorrow have some sort of extension.
  4. Shanny actually played a good bit on an elite D1 program. McD rode the bench at Yale.
  5. I’d like to see Terry as a CMC/Deebo Samuel type where you can line him up at RB or in the slot. Defenses will have to defend both while not be as free to sub personnel.
  6. And about 12 years in the NFL.
  7. Psst, you can be happy and still have expectations. Kind of like when we score a touchdown.
  8. Bed wetters will always find a reason. They’ll soil the sheets over a 3 and out in the first quarter of a non conference game.
  9. I’d go where the GM works for me.
  10. Just the tip?
  11. I know. Folks get way bent out of shape over a slogan.
  12. News flash: they’re making everybody look dumb.
  13. Every school has fans waiting to pounce every time they miss out on a recruit, lose a game or even go 3 and out on their first offensive series. I have the “pleasure” of working with a bunch of Oh St people at a firm we have an investment in (outside of college football allegiances, they’re really great folks). Right now they’re livid even after coming off a natty last year and a pretty nice season this year. They think Day will have the shortest of leashes next year and many can’t wait to get rid of him. It takes all kinds.
