    It’s possible that Texas wins the Sec, Colorado wins the big 12, Oregon wins the big 10, and SMU wins the ACC. This would make all the conference champions the newest members in their first year. No significance, just made me laugh.

    Very gutty performance from the team and this is after they lost probably their best player in Trinity Byars early in the season.

    I feel like the core part of the problem is terrible passing. They can’t control the ball in serve receive (especially Madi). Texas has been spoiled with great back rows having two high level transfers the past two seasons. This year there was no high level third defensive specialist which forced them to have 1 hitter to play the back row and that’s who atm and Missouri attacked on the serve.

    If the scenario occurred where: Texas wins out but ATM plays Georgia in the sec champ game and loses. Texas gets the 5 seed since they beat atm would didn’t win the conference. Texas goes on to get a bye and win the championship. ATM would beat their chests about being in the sec champ game but would they have heartache in playing a part in giving Texas the recovery and seeding that helped to win the overall championship? That would be hilarious. They’d still put it in their wall as runner up sec. That’s fine lol

    The odd thing is that when it comes to non-football things they are actually really good - veterinarian (they take care of Bevo), engineering, and even business. But they lose all common sense and logic when it comes to football.

    The announcers even said the DBs weren’t worried about anything getting thrown over them so they were sitting on short routes. let atm DBs do that and it’s gonna be pick city.

    He can make all the throws when there's no pressure. Problem is he is seeing pressure even when it's not there. When it's there, that's even worse.

    I’m in agreement with Nancy, Quinn hasn’t shown any growth. And the defense isn’t afraid of anything past 10 yards so they can stack the box on our RBs.

    This may be petty but I don’t care - I so enjoy stutsman coming back to ou only to lose a lot.

    My guess is he’s thinking he’s only playing 3 seasons total, no reason to redshirt. Better to put some film for potential suitors?

    He has his team with a chip on their shoulder, Texas on the other hand still seems to have a little sense of entitlement at times.

    If more and more players get frustrated, Quinn will lose the confidence of his teammates, and it’s all downhill from there because they’ll feel like they have to do more or just give up like the ou guys seem to have done.

    The problem is this year Quinn seems to have regressed instead of progress. Less downfield hits (rarely throws them but when he does it’s rarely even close). He checks down way too much and way too early. Sometimes you have to give your receivers a chance, especially when the line gives you time. He’s feeling phantom pressure, I liken it to David Carr when he was with the Texans. Eventually that clock in his head was way faster than it truly was.

    I think the seat is already hot. They’ve been spoiled (like Texas fans were in the 2000s) and don’t have the patience for fixes. Hell some people in Alabama are calling for deboer’s head (I know a friend of mine is)

    It's not cheating, it's definitely what I would consider not good sportsmanship. It's basically saying I don't think I can beat you straight up so I use parlor tricks. I equate this to leflop james and his flops which is why I no longer watch the NBA. Flopping isn't cheating, but it's also not good basketball. Completely off topic but this is why I consider Jordan and Kobe the best, they didn't use cheap tricks, they just dominated and dared you to try to stop them.

    I didn’t see this either, but my guess is because it’s a live ball penalty, time ticks off the clock. The assumption is that they stop the offense on that play. The offense gets 5 yards, but lose precious time which is more valuable in that situation.

    This years champion is going to be one that has the least amount of major injuries and a ton of depth. It’s too long and too many chances to get hurt.

    Kentucky has owned volleyball in the SEC without much competition. They are probably not too excited to have Texas come into the conference because they are now 2nd fiddle lol

    Ohio st has legit nfl players up and down their lineup, they are dangerous kind of like Washington last year. If it all clicks they would be hard to beat.

    Why do Colorado’s players look so small compared to Kstate? They might just get run over all game.

    Williams is a difference maker, really need him back in the lineup asap. Speedy recovery young man!
