    I agree he is clearly setting A&M up to make it look like it was a big head-to-head victory or trying to reverse jinx it imo

    Feel like it could help with people who are depth pieces with limited playing time asking for raises because the transfers with proven production are getting paid more. We can't pay what you are asking for given your numbers but here is a tier system of incentives you can earn based on your performance.

    Question for the mods are these contracts like NFL contracts where there are incentives baked in? Something like: - X yards - X Touchdowns - X Receptions - Accolades (Heisman, Post Season Awards, All-American, SEC All-American) - Conference Champions - Playoff Appearance/Wins Feel like this would help with the guys who are expected to contribute like a Clark but asking for a pay raise. It keeps them motivated to work hard for the money.

    A&M just landed an Alabama starter at RT. They are somehow going to lose their entire starting line and put up a better o-line than us next year....

    We need our oline coach to have connections to the midwest not northeast. The Big 10 programs always have great o-lines.

    Are we bringing in the Texas State Linemen in for a visit? Believe they had a center and tackle enter.

    How is the staff better at having contingency plans on Defense than Offense which has been the major issue the last couple of years? IMO Sark has 2026 to prove he can be HC & OC before we force him to get an OC. He is too biased on that side of the ball and it is showing.

    Sark is going to have some growing pains this year with such a young roster. I blame the media for using the Arch hype train to prop up expectations for this team where people are impatient that we don’t look like national championship contenders right away. I’m one to think Sark is really keeping it pretty vanilla with his offense until SEC play and letting the guys get reps in. Still need to see a week-to-week improvement making sure we are on the right track.

    We have a good core of players who contributed returning. Mendoza, ARod, Volantis, Burns, Grubbs, Borba, Chamberlain, Winfield, Harrison, Jonah, Riojas Walker, Sauiner, and Flores with another year under the Wiener Factory could be huge next year.

    Schloss definitely exceeded expectations with a roster with mostly Pierce’s guys. He’s now bringing his guys in.
