You really don't want to tax your bullpen on a Friday night with 25 innings of baseball left in the series. Hopefully we can get them using 5+ pitchers tonight, but if we keep adding runs they'll let go of the rope.

Last year I thought his pitches were good but didn't have any life or movement at the end. They were just flat, slotted gas. He doesn't look that different, but is a whole lot more effective with just a little more life at the end.

Yeah, I tried to go to a random baseball game a few weeks back and it was "sold out", season ticket holders need to show up or get their tickets to someone who will use them. Blink and you miss it top of the third.

It happens, I really wanted them to chase the starter in that inning, and start working the bullpen. Win the war of arm attrition.

You've got me beat by a good 10 years, but I've been watching long enough to whole-heartedly agree. This team has everything it needs to make a run and if it gets hot at the right time they can win it all. That's about the best thing you can say for a team in any given year.

Yeah, usually takes about an hour. I always watch his channel because w/ 2 young chirrens, I rarely get an uninterrupted 3 hours to watch a ballgame.

That's why I like you so much Jeff, you know ball and have way more tact than I do when dealing with the Negative Nancies. But hey, this is going to make for great discussion during the football doldrums.

The bullpen is what it is at this point, just have to hope they keep improving, we've seen all the arms and there ain't a trade deadline in college. This is the team, exciting as hell even when they don't need to be

Yeah he was giving them a little more on the outside corner but I haven't watched the whole game so not sure how consistent it is.

Bat's have been pretty tired first time through the order against quality starting pitching and Marciano might be the highest quality starter we've seen this year.
