    See that was my first thought here too. I want to say that because no name was mentioned, it seems more plausible as an actual scenario. It would be pretty lame for your big April Fools to be “Texas considers adding to staff.” But I could be wrong, we’re in theoretical town with this for sure.

What do y’all think? Do we finally land the Manning Whisperer and add the final infiniti stone to Sark’s gauntlet? 👀

    I’m curious to know which portal lands show up and get vocal. We didn’t bring in a ton of young talent, some of these veteran guys will get comfortable and start to set their own standard.

    As part of your coffee and football show planning, maybe you could pick a few topics and post a poll here to rate levels of interest from the group? I think you’re covering the bases pretty well already, but could be nice to increase engagement. It could also be fun to do short features ranking Top 5 Offensive/Defensive plays of the game, or offseason areas for improvement for individual players. Just spitballing! By and large, you’re giving us superlative coverage. No overhaul needed, but always room for a beneficial tweak. 🤝

    He is a world champion napping buddy, and from my experience (grew up with a nippy short haired dachshund) long hairs are much more gentle. Our kids mess with him and he’s never bitten a soul. 🤞

    I don’t buy this angle simply because Muschamp has underwhelmed as a head coach, and I think our fanbase would sniff that out and lose it. But it’s ok to feel nervous about Sark, none of us really see his long term ambitions.

    @CJ Vogel Do you think Jelani would benefit from adding muscle in ‘26? Part of me expects a Muschamp secondary to be more physical, lay more lumber. Does Jelani seem like he could carry more armor and be equally/more effective?

    Agreed on the above, I hate the way he did this but Wisner just did us a huge favor. There is an ocean of opportunity in this backfield.

    You’re right, I was blinded by the stats before I read up on his backstory. I think near 1/2 we’ll see some bigger names enter, and those are the likely takes. Though I do like CJ’s crush from NC State. 👀

    That’s a big boy, very intriguing as a secondary portal RB take. I do agree our primary take needs to be proven and really boost the room.

    If we go to 105 I think it’s valuable to take several depth pieces like him. I hear you, but his film stuck out to me and I hated to whiff on him last cycle.

    Blue was a receiving threat, but not a north/south runner. I should have been more specific, but even the guys you listed don’t share his style. RoJo was a bull, Bijan had surgical cuts, Brooks was a glider. Cooper seems close to Black’s burst, but I do stand on/by the statement. Not saying we haven’t had good backs, if that’s what your interpretation was.
