  1. In the scenarios where the SEC has 5, Notre Dame is in, B1G gets 3, Big 12 and ACC each get 1, and 1 G5
  2. Consistently seeing 4 SEC teams and even 5 at times as I click through different scenarios & teams. I'm assuming the SEC is getting 5 teams in via the Predictor in this type of scenario: Alabama (SEC Champ), Ole Miss (SEC runner-up) (SECCG outcome can be flip-flopped), Georgia is 10-2, Texas A&M is 11-1, Texas is 10-2.
  3. The Allstate Playoff Predictor is live for those that enjoy hypotheticals: https://www.espn.com/espn/feature/story/_/page/cfbplayoffpredictor2025/2025-college-football-allstate-playoff-bracket-predictor
  4. Exactly, zero respect for the ACC. Wake could upset Virginia this wknd. Louisville has to go to SMU. Georgia likely gives GT another loss. Huge possibility the ACC champ has 2 losses. I’m 99% positive only the ACC champ gets in based off the cards the committee showed yesterday.
  5. Any further cannibalization in the ACC all but cements they only get one team in. Notre Dame losing. Texas Tech + Utah each taking another loss along the way. Alabama beats Oklahoma. Tennessee beats Vanderbilt. Only two losses for OU and Vandy generate decisions that likely don't turn out well for us. All these help a 9-3 Texas.
  6. This was an awesome watch, I need to start watching more of these. Cool to see Chase break down the routes by progression against what the defense is trying to do. And highlighting how in rhythm Arch is compared to earlier in the year.
  7. Always viewed them as a basketball conference growing up and it’s crazy that the Big 12 and SEC have encroached on that territory
  8. I’m with Greg McElroy. These rankings look good based on the season to date
  9. OOF the committee does not respect the ACC
  10. The committee’s new strength of schedule metric will be an interesting talking point for the first time tonight
  11. 1. Ohio State 2. Indiana 3. Texas A&M 4. Alabama 5. Georgia 6. Ole Miss 7. Oregon 8. BYU 9. Texas Tech 10. Virginia 11. Louisville 12. Texas 12. Notre Dame 13. Oklahoma 14. Georgia Tech 15. Vanderbilt
  12. And he doesn't even get to play with * sneeze * *bless you * * thank you * Quinnen Williams, who just got traded to the Cowboys. Hope the best for AD
  13. A little chaos goes a long way for us. It’s been a wild ride but being alive in November is a lot of fun, let’s keep it going
  14. Agreed. At 10-2, we’re playoff bound
  15. Needing Ole Miss to lose was about keeping us out of a three way tie with Ole Miss and A&M in the discussion above
  16. Great point, this is a heavy possibility
  17. Just need Lane & Co to slip-up against Florida again
  18. In the event of a 4-way tie between Alabama, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, and Texas at 7-1... Alabama losing to Oklahoma would propel us to 1st place. If Alabama loses to LSU or Auburn as their 1 loss, we actually sit all the way down in 4th.
  19. This webpage has the extended version of tie breaking rules: https://www.secsports.com/fbtiebreaker Scroll down to the Three-Team Tie breaking scenarios. Unless the tied teams have all played a complete or incomplete round robin amongst each other, the procedure moves to record versus common conference opponents. For a three-way tie between Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Texas with 7-1 records, those common opponents are Mississippi State, Arkansas, and Florida.
  20. If Ole Miss, A&M, and Texas all have 1 loss, then it becomes a 3-way tie and the tiebreaker is common conference opponents, of which we'd lose to both due to our loss to Florida, even if we beat A&M.
  21. This tool is 100% accurate from what I can tell
  22. This tool has the tiebreakers built in and provides explanations: https://bball.notnothing.net/sec.php?sport=fb
  23. All the Vols fans that left don’t get to watch onside kick try number 2
