    Noon kickoff is good for Texas. I used to work at Ohio State. Night game in the Shoe would not be nearly as favorable.

    Something Gerry said on the stream I wanted him to know. Grad transfers can’t enter portal whenever they want anymore. They have from October 1 through last day of spring portal to enter portal. The loophole to this that we started to see was kids who were outside of their window would just not go into the portal and “show up” on campus and be added to the team. The caveat is they aren’t supposed to communicate with coaches before enrolling, but of course we know that isn’t happening. Stupid rule change that happened recently, but that’s where it is for now

    The staff did not want him back. Bobby and the team alluded to this a few times, assuming it was attitude and off the field related.

    Bond slipping this far makes me feel like his off the field stuff is pretty bad. We knew he had attitude issues, but that legal case must be pretty bad.

    Don’t agree with this. Sure, Quinn sliding isn’t ideal. But the amount of draftees they’ve had is still good. And, 3 in the first round tying a program record. These kids know Sark’s track record. They will be fine.

    Howard to Steelers. Quinn slide continues. Feel for him.

    The Quinn slide makes sense. Never had a fully healthy season and inconsistent play across the board. Add that to his mechanics needing work, teams probably know they can wait until late and take a flyer on him.

    It’s almost like having your dad say you will pick what team you go to and the decision to blow off most of the teams in the league can impact your draft stock. Who knew?
