    Hence why I said so far. We can’t just pretend like Texas hasn’t failed in the portal up to this point. They have missed on just about everyone. That is an issue.

    We’re at the point that Sark needs to be called out. That’s two offseasons in a row (so far) that he has failed. Last offseason he was arrogant in thinking what he had was good enough, and didn’t go hard enough in the portal. This offseason, he changed it to be ultra aggressive and focus less on retention, and it’s bit him so far. I know the landscape has changed, but man. It’s a tough look. Lots of schools are figuring out ways to make it work. Very disappointing that we are not so far.

    Not happening. Lawsuits ensure you can’t go back. What’s funny is back in 2021, all the coaches were behind the effort to get unlimited transfers because they thought they would benefit from it. Here we are.

    They won’t because they aren’t willing to go outside of the rules to make it happen.

    True. But you can’t get no WRs in the portal. If you roll out with Wingo and Livingstone as WR1 and WR2, you’ve failed the offseason.

    G5 has no business being in the playoff. I’m sorry, but they are not on same level. Has to change.

    Because Tech is knowingly circumventing rules and regulations. Texas does not appear to be willing to do that. I do not know it is the right approach - many programs will not be staying under the cap.

    Just announced they will no longer be selling Texas products at end of year. Such a huge bummer. Any other brands that are your go to for longhorn hats?
