  1. Now it's over as Stewart flies out to center for the third out.
  2. The inning should be over, but Jake Brown dropped a fly ball off Schuessler's bat. Schuessler is in safely at second base on an error charged to Brown.
  3. Jones didn't like getting rung up for a third strike and gestured at the umpire on his way back to the dugout. Riojas still shutting out the Tigers in the fifth.
  4. That barehanded turn by Mendoza to complete a 6-4-3 double play. Wow! That's two quick outs for LSU in the top of the fifth.
  5. Belyeu's towering 403-foot blast puts Texas ahead, 5-0.
  6. BOOM! BELYEU WITH A MONSTER TWO-RUN SHOT TO RIGHT!
  7. Riojas with a couple of nasty breaking balls in a 1-2-3 fourth.
  8. Riojas enters the fourth with 41 pitches under his belt.
  9. Stewart grounds out to second to end the inning with Rodriguez stranded on base.
  10. Schuessler strikes out on an attempted hit and run, but Rodriguez got a great jump and slid in safely at second base.
  11. Rodriguez muscles one the other way into right field to lead off the third with a base hit. 58 mph on the exit velocity.
  12. Riojas works around allowing a single and helping Dickinson advance to second with a throwing error with two outs to get out of the inning unscathed. No runs on one and one left on for the Tigers in the third.
  13. Milam makes a tough play look easy on a nicely-hit ball by Flores. He's retired, ending a two-run, three-hit inning for the Longhorns.
  14. Great play at the hot corner by Reaves to deny Belyeu what surely would've been an extra-base hit. Regardless, an RBI 5-3 groundout brings Farmer home to make it 3-0 in favor of the Longhorns.
  15. It's first and third for Belyeu with one out after Mendoza goes the other way, muscling a single to right.
  16. Farmer squares one up and drives it to left field for a base hit. Gasaparino scores to make it 2-0.
  17. Gasparino awarded a double on a misplayed ball by Reaves at third base.
