  5. Mills is very interesting to me ... I feel like Texas leads ... there are also so many family ties to Washington. How long does the recruitment play out? We shall see.
  6. A lot of work to be done for sure. Ogden is GM ... that role is more from the NIL side of things, etc.... RT is the HC and roster construction is his plus the entire staff.
  7. Chris Beard is the top target if the board of regents (or whatever they are called) signs off on it.
  8. We haven't had him on a April 6 visitor list, or June OV list. I left him in Best Class Scenario with the caveat of "as long as he was committed"
  9. Still has the June 21-23 OV ... I personally like some others more. So much in state high-end talent at WR in 2025.

  13. Four-star OT visiting Texas April 6 The Texas Longhorns have added another 4-star unofficial visitor this weekend. Offensive tackle Lamont Rogers (Mesquite, Texas/Horn) informed OnTexasFootball Thursday night that he will be in Austin with him mom April 6. Rogers was originally scheduled to be at LSU this weekend, but changed plans to make the trip to Austin today. Rogers, 6-7 and 300 pounds, is also scheduled to make an official visit to Texas June 14-16. He will make his first official visit May 31-June 2 to Missouri, and will be at Texas A&M the following weekend (June 7-9). Alabama, LSU and Oklahoma also remain under consideration. Kyle Flood stopped by Horn High in January, and Rogers attended Junior Day January 20. Offensive line unofficial visitors April 6 John Mills, IOL, San Francisco (Calif.) 15. Should be adding another 4-star to the list tonight or early AM
  16. I would say that is correct for 70% of prospects ... obviously there are a % of high-end prospects that are on the radar earlier and get offered as a sophomore - that wouldn't be really early because of their talent level
  17. Correct … and you have guys such as Dakorien Moore, Jordon Davison and Jonah Williams that will release OV dates shortly
  18. Yes. There is a different LB fit that Nansen is looking for
  19. A for instance, Johnny Nansen likes Jonathan Cunning ham more for what Texas needs. So if Texas pushes for another long levered backer in the class ... could be Cunningham. Of course, Riley Pettijohn, Elijah Barnes and Matai Tagao'i are top of the board
  20. OTF felt like this was headed the direction of a decommit for a few weeks ... with Johnny Nansen hired, and the prospects Texas offered and are targeting, this one was a matter of time.
  21. Shadow Creek 2025 LB Anthony Williams announced on twitter that he has opened up his recruitment.
