  1. Man, that point went waaayyyy over your head. So far you didn’t even see it like Arch’s pass to Wingo. Plus, being a murderer doesn’t bar you from the HOF, ask Ray Lewis and OJ Simpson.
  2. You know who else looked like he could’ve been a HOF TE? Aaron Hernandez. That means nothing. Mahomes also called Kelce out last year for not being in it and running the wrong route a few different times. It wasn’t a postgame, you could see him getting on him in game. Also, I’m pretty sure everyone saw him give up during the Super Bowl. He isn’t the same guy he was in previous seasons. Whether you want to attribute that to the distractions he is facing now or just getting older is up to your discretion, but I don’t think you’re the “Oldest Horn” if you’re defending either him or Swift. More like an undercover Swifty is how you come across and this is a football board. There are other places for you to drool over her terrible music.
  3. Seems like Travis Kelce needs to stop shaking it off and worry about football more or retire.
  4. The main thing he has to do is find the open man and stop looking for the home run play. He started to get it in the 4th quarter. Hopefully he keeps on that trajectory.
  5. And not to pile onto you specifically, but it’s the skee-ball analogy. You have the guy that goes for the “100” the whole time and unless he is lucky he may hit it 2-3x, but me, I go for the 50 every time and never lose. I can hit the 50 with my eyes closed bc it is taking the easier points when they are given. Those 50s add up to 500 from 10 balls when the guy going for the 100 only hits that hole 1-3x per game. It’s an all or none philosophy that can win you games but more consistently leads to losses. This game didn’t warrant the all or none mentality at all. We were moving the ball and they weren’t, plain and simple.
  6. You’ll never move beyond Assistant to the regional manager with that attitude.
  7. That’s just clueless speech…
  8. Endries could’ve easily had a 10+ catch for 100+ yds and 2 TDs as open as he was the whole game. It was crazy. If Arch ever figures out that guy is on our team, he’s gonna have a monster year!
  9. Uh, no, 16-14…the TD wasn’t on 4th down.
  10. From the stands, the OL was great. Arch had tons of time, he just didn’t throw receivers open. He waited until they were open then threw it but by then the windows were closed. He is going to have to process much faster.
  11. The oline was fine. Arch held onto the ball way too long. They had massive push in the run game and Arch was fairly clean even with how long he held it.
  12. It was painful. And hearing it the entire game didn’t make it better.
  13. It was not a good game plan. I agree. The run was working and we went away from it too often and also didn’t do enough of our shifts and motions we typically do. The misdirection wasn’t there in my eyes.
  14. The biggest takeaways being at the game were 1) Kick the damn FG and take points. We would’ve won had he kicked the 3x we were in FG range. 2) Receivers were open all over the field, especially Endries and Arch wouldn’t see them. 3) We had almost double their offensive output, no reason we should’ve lost that, killed ourselves with penalties a couple of times (3x we extended their 1st TD drive). 4) Run game is going to be great. We have to take it out of Arch’s hands until he gets more settled in. He looked like he started to find the right guys the last half of the 4th quarter. Way too little too late, but the point is, things were there and he will find them once he gets settled in. 5) And lastly, yes, Ohio state fans are REALLY that big of douche bags. Glad I waited until my 40s to come to this game bc it would’ve been bad had i still been in my 20s/30s when I was still more of a hot head. We walked 2.5 miles from the stadium back to our AirBnB and got accosted by “townies” the entire way. Hard luck to them and we will beat them if we see them again in playoffs. Hook’em.
  15. About to head that way with 3 others! Hook’em!
