  1. I think one of the portal OLs was from Rice?
  2. That's a good one.🤘
  3. All y'all are out of your mind crazy on this Arch stuff. Arch's trajectory is similar to Matt Leinert's at USC under Sark. Leinert ultimately won the Heisman and was the 10th overall pick in the NFL draft and never hit 4K yards.
  4. Same language Cody Campbell has been using for months. Campbell is a huge donor (and possible shadow mega-donor) to the administration. Meet Cody Campbell, the billionaire Texas Tech booster with plan to save college sports
  5. That has EO has Cody Campbell all over it, right down to the title.
  6. Cody Campbell is still working the Power of the Executive Pen.
  7. I'm a big music fan and obviously a big UT Athletics fan. I had never put Black Sabbath & DKR & James Street & '69 Shootout in my mind at the same time until you pointed that out. 🤘🤯
  8. Bark at the Moon🤘
  9. "Then, we've adjusted, kind of, into that third week, where we've gotten into that first opponent, that bigger opponent,” Sarkisian said. A few years ago, it was Alabama for that week. Last year, it was Michigan. This year, it would be Ohio State. That was really implementing the game plan for that game. In the fourth week, we would then game-plan and prepare for our first opponent." I don't think I've ever heard a HC admit to preparing for any game other than the next one on the schedule. Good stuff, Jeff!
  10. Happy for Alfred and his family. He could of bailed for a more opportune situation when he was passed over or when Bo left, but he kept working and gets rewarded with generational wealth.🤘
  11. Also big props to @Jeff Howe for pointing out that all fanbases engage in such thinking - when we get a commit, it's because of the program and the relationships, when "they" get the commit it's the bags. Many of us did it (myself included) when Ojo committed to Tech. It's just human nature, but not used to seeing such intellectual honesty in a discussion of SEC football 🤘😉 Edit: To be clear, we're fortunate that we have mods that don't go beyond matter-of-fact statements about larger NIL deals during these discussions and not equating players taking those deals to moral failures.
