She did withdraw from UT. I think we all wish she was still here. HelI, I hope she comes back this fall.

She was like Laly at times with her command during the year. If she can control the location on her pitches she can dominate.

Torres hits over.500 and has an onbase percentage over 60%. She also plays stellar defense.

RBI's are not a positional thing. She scored runs when it counted the most and she played the hot corner extremely well for a true freshman.

We benefitted from Laly finding her control and peaking when we needed it. We HAVE to have someone that can eat up innings and win games in a WCWS three game series.
