Still, they were awful and it looked like the SHSU players are responsible for washing their unis at home on Thursday night. I've seen sharper unis on 3A JV squads.

The Longhorns hosted a third official visitor this weekend as well. 6-foot-1 IMG Academy (Fla.) forward Joyce 'Isi' Etute was on campus for an official visit as well. Etute is one of the top international players in the country for the class of 2026. A native of Luxemburg, averaged 18.7 PPG and 13.4 RPG in the 2024 FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket. Etute has a final seven of Louisville, Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Texas, Cal, Indiana and UCLA.
