When Caldwell came in last week and threw a pass it instantly looked different and better. I didn’t know he had come in. Same today when he had that run. It just looked smooth. It won’t happen of course because of who the Mannings are, but this Defense could manage wins with just a smooth game manager and we might have one on the bench. I certainly hope Arch can grow from what surely must be a rock bottom throwing performance. Hook’em

Couldn’t agree more. Basic execution vs far less talented teams is a major issue. These same issues get exposed vs ranked opponents, why Sarks record is a losing one vs ranked opponents. It’s been an issue since he’s been the HC, yet it’s often never talked about. Out talent unranked teams, get out coached vs ranked ones when talent is similar. The OL couldn’t get consistent push vs UTEP, it’ll be dominated vs the Georgias of the world, just like last season.

Arch needs his money back.

Don't know the definition of broke , but eyes don't lie. It is broken . Sometimes broken things can be fixed. This time is it getting more unlikely by the week. No job should be safe going forward at Every position period. No more excuses that was pathetic on the Offense. They owe the defense some of their NIL $$ 🤣

I knew we were inexperienced on O so I understood some struggles but they haven't gotten better in 3 weeks. Last week they were good in a short burst of great play and then long periods of nothing. Struggle to move the ball, struggle to get a push against lesser competition, struggle to run the ball (I don't care that your top guys are out, you should still be able to run better). It's not so much the score (again) that bothers me, it's the level of play being put out there.

On the message board all fall camp everyone said how dialed in Arch was and how there should be 0 worries there. What has changed from then to now? He is missing simple out routes, gunning balls at crossers feet, and can barely check the ball down in front of the RB so he catches it in stride. From a layman’s perspective it is ALARMINGLY bad.
